AI DataValidator (the "Service") is operated by Ravindra Upadhyay, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.
The Service helps you validate, reconcile and profile data. An AI copilot proposes rules; a deterministic engine computes the results. AI-generated suggestions are aids, not professional advice — you are responsible for reviewing rules and results before relying on them.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
Our plans are described on the pricing section of our site. New accounts include a 7-day free period (Reconciliation module only); no payment details are required to begin.
Billing & renewal. The Solo plan is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout (currently $29/month or $290/year, exclusive of any taxes). It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), who appears on your statement and issues your receipt/invoice.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@ai-datavalidator.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for the unused part of a period once it has started.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to your first subscription payment only, not to subsequent renewals.
The Service is provided "as is". While the computation engine is deterministic, we do not warrant that results will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose; validate outputs before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
