AI DataValidator ("we", "us") is a service operated by Ravindra Upadhyay, an individual (sole proprietor). It provides an AI-assisted data validation, reconciliation and data-quality service. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

To generate rule suggestions, content you choose to send to the AI copilot may be processed by third-party model providers. On regulated-data settings the service routes only to providers covered by a data-processing agreement, and you may bring your own API key so processing stays under your own provider account. Hosting and infrastructure are provided by Railway, which runs on Google Cloud Platform.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Content you upload is retained within your isolated workspace until you delete it or close your account. Anonymous analytics are pruned on a rolling window.
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@ai-datavalidator.com.
Your data may be processed in the region(s) where our hosting provider operates. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
