AI DataValidator ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted data validation, reconciliation and data-quality service. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

2. What we process

Account data — your name, email and login credentials, so you can sign in and we can contact you.
Content you submit — the files, datasets and rules you upload or connect for validation. We process this only to perform the checks you request.
Usage & device data — anonymous website analytics (page visits, approximate country from IP, referrer). Visitor identifiers are hashed; we do not store raw IP addresses.

3. How we use your data

To provide, secure and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
We do not use the content you submit to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

4. AI processing & subprocessors

To generate rule suggestions, content you choose to send to the AI copilot may be processed by third-party model providers. On regulated-data settings the service routes only to providers covered by a data-processing agreement, and you may bring your own API key so processing stays under your own provider account. Hosting and infrastructure are provided by our platform provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER / REGION].

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Content you upload is retained within your isolated workspace until you delete it or close your account [confirm/adjust retention period]. Anonymous analytics are pruned on a rolling window.
